Ellensburg Community Radio Ellensburg Community Radio (ECR) is a nonprofit radio station operated by a group of local citizens who want the community to come together and have fun.

We are a group of fellow Ellensburgers who want to see our community come together and have fun. We want to share stories, music, upcoming events and celebrate the diversity and interesting characters who make up our town. We are all different, and that’s a very good thing.. WHAT IS ECR? We are

a non profit radio station dedicated to education. We’ve applied to the FCC for a low power FM radio station, in the meantime we will begin small by streaming information and music over the internet. Our goal is to begin regular programming at the end of July at Jazz in the Valley. SUGGESTED PROGRAMMING

• crop report
• oral history interviews with older citizens
• children’s story time
• radio theatre
• interviews with artists& musicians-
• broadcast local sporting events
