Today, I visited Whatcom Transportation Authority - WTA’s electric bus facility in Bellingham to see how WTA’s new electric buses will help provide cleaner, more reliable transportation options for Washingtonians.

I will continue to push for strong federal investment to put more zero-emission buses on the road.

The new Whidbey-Camano Islands Chapter of the Electric Auto Association (EAA) is looking for board members to shape the future of and advocate for electric vehicles. Open positions include president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and community liaison. Founded in 1967, EAA is the world’s largest electric vehicle advocacy group.
