Hey Kappa Xi fam! Tomorrow’s the big day! Our 2023 Yellow Rose is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited.

Please join us tomorrow, 5/6 at the Wellington Event Center on the CWU Campus from 4-7pm to celebrate our graduating seniors, Dave Hartless and Ryan von Fiedler! There will be food and activities, so bring the whole fam!

Hey wildcats, it’s that time again! We have some really cool things happening next week that may or may not include pizza… 🍕

Come hang out with us and gain some new professional skills while you’re at it! We are happy to have some pretty great guests who have a lot of insight to offer.

This is also our winter recruitment week, so we would love to answer any questions you may have about what Alpha Kappa Psi has to offer. Everyone is welcome—regardless of major or gender—and you can of course attend any or all of these events even if you don’t want to join AKPsi.

Kappa Xi is proud to introduce our fall 2022 pledge class: Omega Psi!

Omega Psi consists of sophomores Jakeem Stroup and Cameron Wertz. Jakeem is an Accounting major and Cameron is an Entrepreneurship/Marketing major. They are both exceptionally kind, hardworking, and driven. Kappa Xi is pleased to have such awesome pledges this quarter! Welcome Jakeem and Cameron!

“Today, we celebrate Juneteenth. And on this day last year, Congress approved a bill to designate Juneteenth as a new federal holiday, to be formally called Juneteenth National Independence Day.

This holiday, short for June Nineteenth, is celebrated every year to honor the day Union soldiers arrived in the state of Texas in 1865 and announced that the Civil War had ended and all those who had been enslaved were free.

Whether you join a virtual celebration, a walk or block party in your area, or simply take extra time to learn about its significance in our American history, we hope you’ll join us in celebrating Juneteenth.”
