⚾ I’m not a baseball player—but as everyone knows, Madeleine is a huge fan. Last week she called me downstairs and said, “You have to watch this.” It was Ichiro Suzuki’s Hall of Fame speech, and I’m glad I did. Around 8 minutes in, Ichiro shares something that resonated deeply—not just for athletes, but for anyone chasing a goal:
“Goals are difficult and challenging. It’s not enough to say you want something—you have to think clearly and critically about what it takes to achieve it.”
This message perfectly matches what I’ve seen in my work with nearly 50,000 kids over the last decade—dreams spark the fire, but turning them into goals and taking deliberate action is what truly moves lives forward.
That’s exactly what the Life Cube Project is about:
✍️ Write down your goals
🔍 Visualize them
💬 Share them
🔥 Act on them
💬 What’s your goal right now? Write it down today, then think deeply about the steps you need to take.
🎥 If you haven’t seen Ichiro’s speech yet, I highly recommend starting here:
