When the unexpected happens, seconds matter. The BikerDown app is being built to help riders get help fast. With just a few taps, you’ll be able to submit a help request to alert us if you’ve been injured. In the event a hospital needs to reach out, your In Case of Emergency (ICE) information will already be on file — and we hope you’re also carrying your BikerDown card in your wallet.

BikerDown can also assist with critical needs after an accident, including access to medical equipment, financial strategy support, and — like it or not — legal advocacy to help ensure you are protected during recovery. When fundraising is needed, we can help you raise support through our BDFundMe program, designed specifically for injured riders and their families — not GoFundMe.

This app is about preparation, protection, and peace of mind for riders and their families.

Merry Christmas, Everyone.
This year has been one of the hardest our biker community has faced. We’ve seen more injured riders than ever before, and too many families navigating long roads of recovery. To every rider who is healing right now—physically, emotionally, or spiritually—please know that you are not alone. Our prayers, our hearts, and our love ride with you every mile of the way.
Through the pain and the challenges, one thing has never wavered: the strength of this community. The brotherhood and sisterhood of bikers is unlike anything else, and it has been the greatest honor of my life to stand beside you and serve this community for the past 15 years.
Thank you for trusting us, for supporting one another, and for never turning your back on a rider in need. What we do matters because you matter.
May this Christmas bring comfort to those who are hurting, peace to those who are weary, and hope to everyone who calls the road home.

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude and hope.
The BikerDown offices will be closed from December 20th through January 2nd as we pause to rest, recharge, and spend time with our loved ones. While our physical offices may be closed, our mission never is. Our Help Request line remains OPEN.
