Creativity in SUPERvision: Where Depth Lives
What happens when supervision stops being a checklist and starts becoming a practice of genuine depth?
In this demo session, we'll explore why creativity isn't a "nice-to-have" in supervision — it's often the very thing that unlocks what talk alone cannot reach.
Here's what we'll do together:
We'll ground ourselves briefly in the why — the rationale behind creative approaches in SUPERvision and what the research and practice tell us about their power to surface what's beneath the surface.
Then we'll get our hands dirty. You'll play with a range of approaches and tools — including AI — designed to expand how you work with your supervisees.
You'll witness a live SUPERvision demonstration using creative techniques, mapped directly to the EMCC SUPERvision capabilities so you can see exactly how theory meets practice.
What you'll walk away with:
A fuller toolbox. Fresh approaches you can use immediately — not only in SUPERvision, but in coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation. And perhaps most importantly, a renewed sense of what's possible when we dare to work creatively.
