Delaware is in the process of passing a bill which EXPANDS the FACE ACT to the point of making discouraging or interfering with abortions criminal offenses and a second offense would be considered a felony! Plus they also are making it so that the person who would have obtained the abortion can do a criminal lawsuit for $5,000. You know they can amend this at any time once it passes to make it worse!
HB 272 takes away our rights of free speech and is unconstitutional!! This is Delaware they can pass anything they want because they have all the votes!
This is tyranny at its finest in Delaware. I'm sure they can make it even harder.
