We are fighting a major battle in NH against anti-lgbtqia+ discrimination. We’ve seen double the number of anti-lgbtqia+ legislation proposed in 2026 than in the previous year. While national organizations pour money and resources into the state to enact discriminatory legislation, 603 Equality is working to empower, to educate, and to generate safety and resiliency within the LGBTQIA+ community. As an organization, our mission is to affect meaningful policy change within the state.

Together, we can hold the line against discrimination in NH, because we know that a NH that protects the LGBTQIA+ community, is one where EVERYONE thrives.

HB1442 and SB552 are both headed to the Governor’s Desk. HB1442 was amended to match SB552, so now both bills contain IDENTICAL language to the already-vetoed SB268.

Our State Legislators have spent 16+ hours of session and committee time debating toilets to land on the same failed policies that have already been vetoed.
