It's Giving Tuesday! As we look ahead to the upcoming year we see a continuous need for postpartum support for new families. Your NPCP Board 🥰

We were so thankful to find a time to meet this past week to talk about how we can further our mission as a nonprofit

Our board is made up of a dedicated team of members from both NH and ME coming from all different backgrounds! During our ‘retreat’ we talked about everything from goals for 2024 to how to continue support new parents AND their partners.

Be on the lookout for what’s coming next, we have a big mission and great people to help see it through 🤩💗

We have a new home 🙏🏡

A huge thank you is in order to Barrington Counseling Center for allowing us to commandeer closet space for our growing mission! ❤️

Although we are able to ship our care packages nationwide, our home base is located in northern New England and greatly influenced by donors and fellow providers!

A special shout out is in order to Katie Pagnotta and Laurie Liskow for their generosity and flexibility 💗

Dr. Rebbeca Brouillette shares her story of what it was like to navigate her son's phenylketonuria (PKU) at three weeks postpartum. She shares with care and vulnerability about embracing the mess, feeling like an imposter and burden to her friends and family. Biggest take away and spoiler alert: You are not a burden. Sometimes the things we never planned for are the ones that rock our world the most (wait isn't this always). Dr. Rebbeca Brouillette is creating a wonderful one stop shop in Bideford, ME for your perinatal needs. Her practice is called: .

And, a bit about Dr. Rebecca...Dr. Rebecca Brouillette is a practicing chiropractor in Biddeford, Maine and is passionate about caring for the perinatal and pediatric community. She is a self-proclaimed neurology-nerd and loves to help facilitate the body's innate healing potential with chiropractic care. Her personal postpartum journey was profoundly changed under the care of an incredible IBCLC, so much so that she is now working toward her certification. She can't wait to be that same resource for her practice members. She also struggled mightily with postpartum depression and now is passionate about advocating for maternal mental health resources and support and would have personally loved to have received a New Parent Care Package! She is so excited to be a part of this wonderful organization When she is not in the office, she can be found spending time with her husband Stephen, their 2 year old son Rowan, and their beloved pets.
