Its June and there are a lot of cool ways to hangout with Arts & Scraps this June.

-Come out to .farms this Saturday June 13th for their (pre summer) equinox block party from 1pm-6pm at 3171 Lakeview st, Detroit MI 48215. This event is free and open to the public.

-Join Arts & Scraps at the Detroit River Walk this Juneteenth (Friday 6/19) from 11am-3pm at 1325 Atwater st, Detroit MI 48207. This event it free and open to the public.

-Join Arts & Scraps and The Detroit Symphony Orchestra at Spotlight park 5945 Linwood st, Detroit MI 48208 on Sat June 20th from 1pm-3pm for a Juneteenth musical celebration. This event is free and open to the public.

-Join Arts & Scraps for a special fundraiser event call Passion Fruit brought to you by and hosted at Takoi, 2520 Michigan ave, Detroit MI 48216 from 4pm-8pm. A percentage of the drinks served on the patio will be donated to our organization. This event is all ages and open to the public, but attendees are required to purchase beverages and/or food from Takoi to come hangout on their patio.

As always our community store is open this week on Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am-6pm and Fridays & Saturdays 11am- 4pm. BUT! Our store will be closed Friday June 19th to celebrate Juneteenth. Reach out to us with any questions or comments folks! Yay June is here!

Come out to their location at 15509 Heyden St, Detroit, MI 48223 every Wednesday in May 5pm-5:45pm.

And as always our community store and classroom are open for supplies and self guided projects. Come out and join us!

Our Hearts & Scraps Club Members sustain Arts & Scraps in gaining stability in our community and for our future. Our goal is to get 20 new monthly donors  by the end of the month!
