Divining Freedom: Dinners & Dialogues 📖

In our next discussion, we’ll explore how urban renewal policies transformed Detroit’s neighborhoods and displaced Black communities, creating lasting challenges in housing, economic opportunity, and access to essential resources. Through the experiences of five Black Detroit families across generations, we’ll examine how these policies continue to shape our neighborhoods and influence Detroit’s future.

Led by the author and our President & CEO, Donna Givens Davidson, this monthly series invites you to listen, learn, share, and ask questions over a healthy meal.
