The Samaritan Center hosted the 13th Annual Founders Fair and Giveaway today. Despite the rain, over 1,300 people attended. An event so large, the sprawling Samaritan Center campus needed its own people mover! Our thanks again to Shadora Ford of Destined for Greatness and her sponsors for making it happen.

The Samaritan Center is proud to be home to the Little Free Library provided through the United Way and sponsored by Bosch. Thank you to our own Shadora Ford with Destined for Greatness to make this happen. Take a book or share a book. Great books for all ages, from the classics to modern stories. In the Library this morning were some wonderful books including The Rumour Rabbit, Pot Luck on Thursdays, and Van Gogh's Cat. 😀

Samaritan Center's Arise Detroit holds their annual Neighborhoods Day this weekend!

More than 150 churches, block clubs and community organizations across the city will take part in the day of service organized by ARISE Detroit!
