W.I.S.E. Partnership mourns the transition of our Community Legend Award Honoree, Mr. Vonzie Whitlow, owner of Whitlow's Barber Lounge. He was an exemplary advocate for the Detroit community and its residents. He will be greatly missed. His impact will be everlasting. It is up to us, Detroit! Rest well, Sir. Thank you! Condolences to his family and many friends!
