Ruth completed 3 placemats to donate to Des Moines Area Quilt Guild. The guild gives them to nursing homes for prizes.

If you are not going to the State Fair this weekend you should come join us at a retreat!!

Fri/Sat 9am - 9pm, Sun 9am - 3pm
660 NW 66th St., Des Moines (next to Sonny's Bistro)
Potluck Saturday at noon will be pulled pork sandwiches. You can sign up on Friday for what you would like to bring to the potluck.
We just have to bring snacks, of course!!
You will have a 6ft table to sew at and a chair ro sit in. The center has the cutting board, 2 iron stations, and design walls for your convenience.

I hope you can come play with us!!
