TXOLAN Event Rules & Participant Conduct
TXOLAN adopts and applies applicable AOA Show System rules to all TXOLAN events, including the participant conduct requirements in Part 1, Chapter 3. All participants are responsible for knowing and complying with these rules.

TXOLAN is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone attending our events. Abusive, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

I just finished watching and listening to our AOA President and Directors on zoom online .... to bring us up to speed on AOA Status and Plans. I was somewhat disappointed to see that only about 40+ members were present for this important learning opportunity as well as an opportunity to address any or all Directors with questions you may have or comments you may want to voice.

Fleeces may be dropped off at venue on Tuesday, Nov 3, 2026 after 10am and before 4pm. Please contact Show Superintendent if you intend to drop off fleeces.
