Please join ExSSA USA in celebrating a phenomenal Woman of God, Rev. Christie Bature Ogbeifun!

Our Spiritual Emphasis Guest Speaker for the 25th Anniversary Celebration in Dallas, she brought the Word, brought the fire, and brought the joy.

We had a beautiful pre-birthday celebration with her at the Westin Dallas Park Central, but today is her official birthday.

Help us wish her a glorious, joy-filled new year. Happy Birthday, Rev! We love and honor you. ❤️

Can't believe it's been 4 weeks since we convened in Dallas, TX for the historic 25th ExSSA USA Annual Convention.

The official convention events began with a welcome ceremony, closely followed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday morning through early afternoon, where we proudly dressed in our regal national uniform, aka Coconut.

MC Lira-Jenny Atanga (Class of 2006) led the ceremony

Yenchi Fanyui (Class of 2018) read the Mayor's welcome greetings.

Promise Funfe (Class of 1997) and National Music Director led the choir in a stunning closeout performance.

Mercy Forfeke (Class of 1986) and Past National Chaplain (2019-2022) shared the word.

Welcome address from the Dallas Chapter President, Dr. Ayuk Ashuntantang Arrey (Class of 1990).

Recognitions and extra flavors by Mayangaroh Dr. J, National President.

30 years ago, they graduated and sat for the GCE Ordinary Level Examinations. Not only did they pass, they scored 100%, the FIRST batch in Saker to achieve this historic record. They are called the Supreme Pacesetters.

As we celebrate the outstanding GCE results released on Friday, August 19, former student and Vice President of ExSSA Dallas Chapter, Dr. Mrs. Senge Ekaney Balimba, shared:

"This is so special to me because our class, 96/98 the Supreme Pacesetters paved the way by achieving a 100% pass rate in Saker at the Ordinary Levels 30 years ago. It is like planting a seed and, so many years later, continuing to see it flourish through the consistent, outstanding results of these beautiful young ladies. Oh, the places they will go! My heart is so full... I am so proud to be a SAKERETTE."

She and her classmates took to Dallas in July, to celebrate 30 amazing years since graduating from Saker, as captured in this reel.

Lifting up our voices in praise. God has been so good to us Sakerettes and we do not take it for granted. Today, we join parents of the successful GCE candidates and staff of Saker Baptist College to sing praises and thank God for His goodness and faithfulness.

And there was a fellowship meal - Fried rice, chicken, drinks, and music, that song... Saker boarding life never gets old! 🙌🏽

This is another reminder that ExSSA USA's commitment to Saker extends beyond projects and infrastructure. We remain attentive to the emotional and psychological wellbeing of our girls and stand ready to respond with love, mentorship, and sisterhood whenever the need arises.

Saker Baptist College Records 100% in Both GCE O & A Levels!

Back in June 2026 when the GCE examinations were postponed, ExSSA USA through its Mentorship Program organized a motivational intervention event. This was to encourage the students who were about to sit for the GCE but unfortunately had to wait a couple more weeks and stay back in school.

It went a long way to boost morale, energy, and give them an opportunity to relax, have fun, and take their minds off the situation.

They also made a pledge to pass their exams, following a captivating talk by Baiye Frida Ebai titled, "Champions Are Built in Waiting Season."

Thank you to our indefatigable Dreamers Liaison and Project Manager, Mrs. Beryl Ann Takor, for always going above and beyond to fulfill our mission.

This is the behind-the-scenes work that bears juicy fruits. We love to see it manifesting.

Today, we join the Principal, Mrs. Hannah Motutu née Becke, the staff and students of Saker Baptist College to celebrate their outstanding performance at the 2026 GCE Ordinary and Advanced Levels.

This video was recorded in June, during a motivational intervention program organized by ExSSA USA through our Mentorship Program. The session was organized to encourage the students when the GCE examinations were postponed and they had to stay back in school.

Five years ago, Henrietta's label was changed from Internally Displaced Person (IDP) to Sakerette.

She arrived at Saker Baptist College not simply as an internally displaced girl, but as a Dreamer through ExSSA USA's Dreamers Scholarship. Despite the disruptions of displacement, she embraced the rigors of Saker with grit and grace.

In June 2026, she graduated from Form Five and was awarded Best Student in Human Biology and also received ExSSA USA's Resilience Award for her perseverance and academic success during the prize giving ceremony.

Today, she has successfully passed in 10 papers. Congratulations, Henrietta! Your journey is why we do what we do and we are so proud of you!

Thank you Beryl Ann Takor, our Dreamers Program Liaison and Project Manager. Your dedication to the Dreamers has contributed greatly to their success.

Breaking News: Saker Baptist College Records 100% in Both GCE O & A Levels.

The Cameroon General Certificate of Education (GCE) results were released today, Friday, August 21, 2026.

The Ex-Saker Students Association (ExSSA) USA, together with the entire ExSSA global family, could not be prouder of our alma mater, Saker Baptist College, for achieving an outstanding 100% pass rate in both the Ordinary and Advanced Levels.

Ordinary Levels:

Registered: 147 | Sat: 147 | Passed: 147 | Pass Rate: 100% | Sanctioned: 0
53 students passed in 11 subjects

Advanced Levels:

Registered: 126 | Sat: 126 | Passed: 126 | Pass Rate: 100% | Sanctioned: 0
80 students passed in 5 subjects

Congratulations to our brilliant students, the dedicated staff, and our Principal, Mrs. Hannah Motutu, herself a proud Sakerette - Class of 1988 (Dynamites).
