A few years ago we changed our primary metric from how many patients we’ve seen to how many Jesus Conversations we’ve had. While patient volumes still play a role in planning and wise stewardship, our primary goal is always to have conversations about Jesus with anyone we meet and train up others to do so with us. Our aim is that from 2024 - 2034 we’ll have had 1 million Jesus conversations as a ministry. That goal helps to keep us focused and driven towards growth.
