We're excited to officially welcome and announce Alli Adams and Kelsey French, both attorneys with O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, as the new Co-Chairs of our reimagined Associate Board.

This year-long, thoughtful relaunch and reimagining of our former Young Leadership Board marks an important step in the continued growth and future of CSCNT. Thanks to FOX 4 News for including Cancer Support Community North Texas as part of this story about the Texas 4000 for Cancer bicyclists and their journey from Austin to Anchorage, Alaska! The bicyclists stopped by our Dallas Clubhouse to create cards that were given to cancer patients at Medical City Dallas Hospital. Read more here:

A group of students from the University of Texas plans to bike more than 4,500 miles from Austin to Alaska this summer to help fight cancer.

On their way from Austin to Anchorage, Alaska, by bicycle, Texas 4000 for Cancer stopped by our Dallas Clubhouse to create cards that were hand-delivered to cancer patients at Medical City Dallas Hospital. They also painted signs for our Community is Stronger Than Cancer Survivorship Celebration on June 27. This group includes students and recent graduates from The University of Texas at Austin who are raising awareness for those living with cancer and the organizations that support them on this journey covering thousands of miles.

CSCNT staff enjoyed getting to know these highly motivated and kind young people. We'll welcome you to our clubhouse any time when you are back in Texas! Also, many thanks to Medical City staff who collaborated with us and Texas 4000 so the bicyclists could meet directly with patients.
