Even if it isn't in Texas yet, fall is officially at Union.

We listened to a frankly unreasonable amount of Noah Kahan and made a fall menu about it. Four drinks for when you’re feeling nostalgic, mildly emotionally unstable, or just really want something with cinnamon:

☕️ The Great Divide
Formerly known as the Cinna Toast Crunch, this latte is made with white chocolate, hazelnut, and tastes just like your favorite cinnamon-sugar cereal, grown up, and poured over espresso.

🌲 Northern Attitude
An earthy matcha meets crisp apple and warm cinnamon in this sweet, spiced take on an autumn classic.

🏡 Porch Light
A warm, comforting banana bread in latte form, made with our house-made banana syrup, with brown sugar, vanilla, and a touch of nutmeg.

🎃 End of August
Creamy, house-made horchata gets a fall makeover with pumpkin spice in this latte—a little bit of summer hanging on while autumn moves in.

We’re pretty proud to see Union’s own Death Cafe featured in today’s Dallas Morning News!

The story highlights Britna Savarese’s work as a death doula and the ways she helps people have honest, meaningful conversations about something we all have in common: death.

At Union, we believe that community means making room for the whole of life. The joyful parts. The complicated parts. And even the parts we don’t always know how to talk about.

That’s what Death Cafe is about: gathering around a table, drinking coffee, and talking openly about death and dying. No agenda. No expertise required. Just curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to listen.

We’re grateful to Britna for creating this space at Union—and to everyone who keeps showing up for these conversations.
