đź‘‹ Everyone meet Ryanđź‘‹

Ryan is a landscape ecologist and geospatial scientist within PPLT’s Land division. There, he contributes to forest stewardship, landowner outreach, landscape mapping, and ecological research in support of PPLT’s mission, management, and conservation. His background spans ecosystem ecology, wildlife biology, geospatial analysis, remote sensing, data analysis, and teaching in the natural sciences, with a focus on making environmental science accessible and actionable.

When Ryan’s not in the field, he’s probably somewhere in nature with Pearl — his faithful dog, co-pilot, and the only colleague who’s never once complained about the weather.

We are so happy to have Ryan, his immense knowledge and his positive and kind energy on our team!

The many faces of Indigenous culture.

On this day, we remember our ancestors, our culture, and the grit of our people. We remember our resilience. We celebrate our perseverance.

Happy Indigenous People’s Day. Thank you to those who continue the work, expand knowledge of our culture, and give back to the community.

We’re here, and we’re not going anywhere.🪶
