Leadership in action. Today, LHC alumni were out in the community lending a hand with Repair Affair of Harrison County.

There is something especially meaningful about seeing our alumni continue to support a program that has roots in our program. Repair Affair’s story in Harrison County began with the LHC Class of 1998, who helped spearhead the creation of the program locally.

Today’s alumni volunteers are another reminder that Leadership Harrison County isn’t just about what happens during your class year. It’s about building connections, strengthening our community, and continuing to show up long after graduation.

We’re proud of our alumni who spent their Saturday serving our neighbors and helping carry forward a legacy of leadership🧡.

💜 MATCH HOUR STARTS NOW!

From 12–1 PM, LHC Class of 2005 alum Jo Ann Spieth-Saylor is matching donations to Leadership Harrison County dollar for dollar, up to $150!

For Jo Ann, Leadership Harrison County is about more than leadership training, it’s also about discovering more about the community we call home and building relationships along the way.

As Jo Ann shared:

“Leadership Harrison County participants often learn new things about the county that they can use to help make it a better place to live and work. Each year, the program begins with essentially a roomful of strangers who finish the program as friends. The sessions offer leadership training that is beneficial in the workplace and sometimes carries over to the home. I encourage you to Give for Good to help ensure this worthwhile program continues to develop new leaders for Harrison County.”

💜 Give between 12–1 PM and Jo Ann will match your gift, up to $150!
