Why do some conversations with your team create so much frustration?

In Wired This Way: How to Understand Yourself and Others, Justin Bleuer will explore how understanding the way people think, communicate, and act can help us grow in empathy and relate more effectively.

Justin brings experience helping lead Berean Bible Church and a passion for helping people understand themselves and those around them. The event poster identifies this breakout for young adults and new leaders.

Attendance and activity can leave important parts of church health unseen.
In The Church Beneath the Church: Diagnosing What Shapes Health, Stephen Hay will help participants examine leadership fatigue, team alignment, trust, and the assumptions shaping church life.
This interactive breakout is for church leaders and engaged congregants who want to evaluate strengths, surface blind spots, and contribute to their church's long-term health.
Join us at NLS26 on November 7 in Cortland, NY.
