✨ Big News! ✨

We are honored to share that 100 Women of the Coastal Bend has received a $5,000 grant from the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, allowing us to expand our impact even further. 💙

With this additional support, we are proud to provide a total of $20,000 to Nate’s Next Kids Up — helping them continue their incredible work serving foster youth in our community.

This is the power of women coming together to give — and watching that impact grow. 💫

What a beautiful evening with our 100 Women family at Elizabeth's inside the Art Museum of South Texas ✨

From the breathtaking views overlooking the Port of Corpus Christi, the Harbor Bridge, and the Texas State Aquarium to the incredible art surrounding us, every detail of the night was unforgettable.

Chef Meesha created the most stunning and delicious food display while Eric Graham serenaded guests throughout the evening. Many may not know these two talented creatives are married with two beautiful children, and it is rare to see them hosting the same event together — making the night feel even more special. ❤️

We also had our wonderful Gertrude behind the camera, capturing every smile, laugh, and celebration. If you know Gertrude, you know it is “1, 2, 3… pose” and you'd better change your pose every time. 😂 We are lucky to have her joyful spirit documenting these memories for us.

We welcomed many new members, heard inspiring presentations from our charities, and celebrated an emotional moment as Rainbow Room received the $15,000 Impact Grant. The other two charities, Junior Achievement and Family Counseling, each received $1,000 Action Awards.

Our Bonus Give Champions for Change received $205 in gift cards and direct donations, and several members signed up for upcoming volunteer opportunities. We will post reminders about this soon.

We heard from T-E-X-A-S.org (Traffic Education & Safety), recipients of our previous Impact Award. Thanks to the generosity of our members, they were able to purchase a vehicle to further their students' skills training.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so meaningful. It truly was a night filled with community, generosity, music, art, and heart. ✨

✨ What an incredible evening for 100 Women of the Coastal Bend!

Congratulations to this quarter’s Impact Grant recipient, Corpus Christi CPS Rainbow Room/ Nueces County CPS Community Partners Inc. , who was awarded a $15,000 Impact Grant to continue making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community. 💙

We also want to celebrate our two Action Award recipients, Family Counseling Service and JA of the Coastal Bend , who each received $1,000 grants to support their missions and continue their important work locally.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from last quarter’s recipient, Texas.org and learning how they were able to purchase a vehicle with their grant funding, creating even more opportunities to safely teach young drivers and empower local youth. 🚗✨

The evening was hosted at the absolutely stunning Elizabeth's inside the beautiful Art Museum of South Texas — truly gorgeous both inside and out.

A special thank you to Eric Robert Graham for always bringing the musical vibes, and to Gertrude Adair Stewart our picture-taking extraordinaire, for capturing the evening. 📸🎶

✨ Bonus Give Announcement ✨Champions For Change

At our May 12 meeting, we’re proud to include a Bonus Give Champions For Change supporting change —an organization creating life-changing opportunities for students in our community. 💙

👉 We’ll be collecting HEB gift cards at the meeting to support their efforts. -- This current campaign is raising funds for the Bayfront BBQ Cook-Off on July 18, with Nate's Next Kid Up helping make these experiences possible for local students. There are also volunteer opportunitys at their event.

Their mission is simple but powerful: helping students from economically challenged backgrounds experience educational travel that opens minds, builds confidence, and creates lasting impact.

Every little bit makes a difference, and together, it adds up to something incredible. 💫
