General maintenance person for small condominium property (26 units) on North Padre Island
Convenience to location preferred (living on the island or Flour Bluff)

Job:
- General Cleaning
BBQ area (tables, seats and tile floor)
Grills
Pool area
Grounds
Parking lot
- mowing of grass areas
- painting where needed
- replace light bulbs when needed
-removing of all trash
- will review other requirements when interviewing

Facilities:
swimming pool, BBQ Area

We require minimum of 20 hours a week including a few hours on Saturdays and Sundays

Weekly pay based on experience (this is not an employee based job but for a person that works as an independent contractor)
