With nearly 24 years of executive and technical leadership at Lockheed Martin, Amit brings a wealth of expertise in organizational transformation, change management, and process innovation. Throughout his career, he has led complex engineering and operational initiatives, serving in key leadership.

At this stage in his life, Amit is deeply drawn to leveraging his decades of corporate experience to drive meaningful social impact. His goal is to give back at scale and support students. Having followed and admired Vibha's mission for over a decade, he is eager to translate his corporate leadership background into empowering communities through Vibha Dallas.

With over 25 years of experience in inclusive education and disability inclusion, Kshama Kaushik has dedicated their career to creating opportunities for children with disabilities and their families. Through a 23+ year partnership between Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM), Ajmer, and Vibha, this shared commitment has grown into lasting impact.

The strongest partnerships don’t just support programs, they grow with communities, adapt to challenges, and create opportunities that last far beyond a single project. Kshama’s reflection is a reminder of what becomes possible when organizations come together with a shared vision for every child.

🎖️What happens when we match untapped talent with inclusive employers? We create a transformational shift in society!

As part of Vibha’s continuous commitment to strengthening livelihood opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), we proudly supported RMKM in organizing the 4th Mega Job Fair in Ajmer.

We are thrilled to announce that out of 600+ candidates who participated from across Rajasthan, 325 individuals were successfully shortlisted for employment across 50+ diverse corporate and local sectors!

This fair is a key extension of our broader, collaborative project in Ajmer, which focuses on early intervention, vocational training, and advocacy. Alongside RMKM and various government departments, Vibha is working to ensure that the journey from education to employment is seamless and dignified for everyone.

A huge thank you to the employers who joined us in choosing ability over disability, and congratulations to all the candidates!

🎵 Sing Into Your Summer with Vibha! 🎵
We’re excited to share that one of our amazing young community members, Shanaya Jain, is hosting a Summer Singing Camp — and it’s exactly the kind of initiative Vibha loves to celebrate!
📅 June 15–19 | 2 sessions |1 hour per day
Shanaya, a 9th grader, All-Region Choir rank holder, Outstanding Soloist, and Varsity Choir member, will be teaching kids sight reading, classical and pop songs, vocal technique, and stage presence — all in a fun, confidence-building environment.
