For public assembly venue managers, a culture of safety isn't a box to check — it's the foundation of every great event.

This year's global theme focuses on healthy psychosocial working environments — recognizing that safety isn't just about physical hazards. It's also about workload, communication, stress, and how our teams feel when they show up to work.

For venue professionals, that hits close to home. Our teams operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments — managing large crowds, responding to the unexpected, and delivering exceptional guest experiences all at once. A culture of safety has to run deeper than a checklist.
