Family Fit Fest 2026

Our Transcend STEM Education team showed up with purpose at FamilyFitFest 2026, hosted by Community Council of Greater Dallas, ready to serve, connect, and give away.

From essential household items to digital inclusion opportunities, every table was filled with resources designed to uplift families and strengthen our community.

These moments, the smiles, the conversations, and the preparation behind the scenes remind us that impact begins with showing up.

It is gatherings like this that bring our community closer together and remind us why this work matters.

A Moment of Gratitude and Hope

On April 24, Transcend STEM Education was honored to be recognized as one of the awardees by the WaFd Bank Foundation during the grand opening of their newest branch in the City of Garland.

This recognition celebrates the meaningful work Transcend STEM Education has done in the City of Garland over the years to promote housing assistance and stabilization, digital inclusion, workforce readiness, and access to educational opportunities.

This award is more than recognition. It is a powerful reminder that the work we do truly changes lives.

Thank you, WaFd Bank Foundation, for your generous contribution and for continuing to stand with us over the years. We are also deeply grateful to everyone who continues to walk this journey with us.

Throwback to Spring into Action!

We’re still feeling grateful for the amazing turnout at our Free Community and Digital Inclusion Event. Educators, residents, and families came together to learn, connect, and discover new opportunities in community resources, digital skills, technology access, and career pathways.

Prospective students had the opportunity to experience their laptops firsthand, allowing them to “touch and feel” the technology that would support their learning journey.

After completing registration and actively participating for at least 10 days, students returned to pick up their very own computers to keep. They also received two years of free WiFi access, helping remove barriers to digital learning, workforce readiness, and long-term success.

We built new connections, shared hope, and celebrated the power of education to create economic mobility.

Hosted by Paying It Forward: The Educator Project in partnership with Transcend STEM Education, this event reminded us how strong we are when we come together.

Dallas, you touched our hearts.

On April 25, we gathered for FamilyFitFest hosted by the Community Council of Greater Dallas, where Transcend STEM Education participated by providing digital inclusion opportunities, FREE household items, and other essential everyday items. What we witnessed was more than a program. It was a community coming together to lift each other up.

When families left with household donations, we saw relief and gratitude, proof that small acts of kindness can ease real burdens.

On March 28, we didn’t just host an event. We shared a moment of community. Families walked away with household donations, their gratitude.

What touched us most was seeing educators, residents, and partners sitting together, exchanging stories, and exploring career pathways that could change lives. It wasn’t just about learning new skills. It was about creating opportunities and celebrating the power of education to transform lives.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to our partners who made this event possible. Your support turned it into a day of celebration, connection, and impact.
