Happy Palm Sunday!

Today we remember the moment Jesus entered Jerusalem—not with power or position, but with humility, purpose, and peace. The crowd waved palm branches and shouted “Hosanna,” celebrating a King who came to serve, not to be served.

This day is a reminder that true leadership is rooted in humility, and true victory often comes through surrender.

As we step into this Holy Week, take a moment to reflect:
Where is God calling you to walk in faith, even when the path isn’t easy?

Stay grounded. Stay grateful. Stay faithful.

Hosanna in the highest.

Our hearts are deeply grieved as we reflect on the passing of our dear friend, Chuck Norris.

For more than 25 years, Gena and Chuck have been a treasured part of our lives. I had the sacred honor of officiating their marriage, and years later, to stand again with their family for his granddaughter’s wedding. These are moments that mark a legacy of love, faith, and commitment that will not be forgotten.

Chuck was not only a man of strength in the public eye, but a man of compassion behind the scenes. Time and time again, I witnessed his generosity as he gave of his time, his influence, and his resources to lift up at-risk youth and invest in futures that might have otherwise been overlooked.

Today, we stand with Gena, his children, and grandchildren in prayer. We ask God to surround them with His peace, His comfort, and His presence in this season of loss.

Though we mourn, we also give thanks for a life well lived, a legacy well built, and a man who made a difference far beyond what words can capture.

On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we remember that justice requires courage and faith requires action. Martin Luther King Jr. taught us not to choose comfort over conviction. Honor the dream by living it.

Unto us a Child is born.
Unto us a Son is given.

At Christmas, we do more than remember a moment in history—we celebrate a miracle that changed eternity. God stepped into our broken world, wrapped in humility, clothed in grace, and filled with purpose. The manger reminds us that hope does not arrive with noise or power, but with love, surrender, and divine intention.

As this year comes to a close, may you rest in the truth that God keeps His promises. The same Christ born in Bethlehem still reigns today, bringing peace to troubled hearts, light to dark places, and new beginnings to all who believe.

May your Christmas be filled with the presence of Emmanuel, God with us.
And may the New Year bring renewed faith, clear purpose, and steadfast hope.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given… and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” — Isaiah 9:6

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
