If you have adopted a Lab from Lone Star Labrador Rescue, you have come to know Scott and Patti Castleberry. We managed Lone Star for 15 years. It was work that fed our souls. Last year, we retired from Rescue. Not many people knew, but Scott had developed cancer and Rescue was just too much for us. This week, Scott was called home to his heavenly Father. This is exactly how I picture his arrival. I know he was greeted by the Labs he loved.
