Thank you to the 64 volunteers who showed up this morning at Bastendorff beach to cleanup after the July 4th illegal firework activities!

We picked up 73-5 gallon buckets and 5-55 gallon drums worth of trash. We ended up filling a 6 cubic yard dumpster.

This is by far our biggest annual beach cleanup of the year!

We got our metal garbage barrels out early today at Bastendorff beach to reduce the amount of garbage and fireworks debris left out on the beach.

We will see you all tomorrow morning for our Annual July 5th beach cleanup at 10am!
