We're featured on BroadwayWorld for our upcoming tour performance of HAPPY END at Merkin Hall in NYC! Check out the comments for a link to the full article. ⬇️

🎭 November 12 is your last chance to see HAPPY END! Join us Thursday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Merkin Hall at the Kaufman Music Center. Tickets are $50 and going fast!

Directed by Mary Birnbaum, Kelley Rourke's new English book adaptation (with lyrics by Michael Feingold) of the 1929 jazz-infused musical satire by Kurt Weill, Bertolt Brecht and Elisabeth Hauptmann is packed with wit, grit and dark glamour.

Rob Ainsley leads at the piano, joined by Ana Karneža (Juilliard drama graduate and 2024 winner of the Kurt Weill Foundation's Lotte Lenya Competition) as "The Fly," plus instrumentalists from the Manhattan School of Music's Jazz program.

This performance is part of a historic new partnership between The Glimmerglass Festival, Opera Saratoga, Finger Lakes Opera and the Seagle Festival.

Join us in congratulating Louisa Proske on her recent The Metropolitan Opera opening of MACBETH!

You may remember her stellar direction of TOSCA (2025) and RINALDO (2023) at The Glimmerglass Festival.

Toi, toi, toi! 🎉

Our biggest congratulations to Heartbeat co-Founder Louisa Proske and everyone involved with the The Metropolitan Opera’s new production of MACBETH, which opens their 2026–27 season tonight!

We’re celebrating at the Met this Thursday with an intimate conversation between Louisa and Heartbeat Artistic Director Jacob Ashworth. The event, which was previously sold out, has been moved to the main Auditorium, and more tickets are now available!
