Calm skies, smooth strokes, and the beauty of Otsego Lake all around. Moments like these remind us why we love to row. 💙🚣‍♀️

OAR in Motion!
Faith and Laura took 2nd in the double, Sam placed 4th in a strong singles field, and Jesse finished just 3 seconds off the elapsed time winner. Special thanks to Abby and Katie for their support crew energy.

The action continued off the water as added a 10-minute erg challenge to their team triathlon, with thanks to Andrea Thies and for providing rowing machines and expert instruction.

Day 5: Youth Learn to Row Camp
A cloudy morning on the lake didn’t stop the crew — from steady dock starts to rowing past the iconic tower, our campers kept their focus and had fun on the water. Big thanks to everyone who braved the weather and made it another great day! 🌊🚣

Day 2 – Session 2: Youth Learn to Row

From carrying boats to finding balance on the water, today was all about teamwork, determination, and plenty of smiles. The rowers are getting comfortable with their strokes, building confidence, and learning what it takes to move together as one crew.

Highlights:
• First strokes in a double on a sunny morning
• Laughter and teamwork carrying shells to and from the dock
• Gorgeous views of the lake reminding us why rowing here is so special

A huge thank you to our volunteers, coaches, and the for such a beautiful space to row.

We can’t wait to see how this group grows over the week.

Youth Learn to Row: Session 2 is off the dock!

Our second week-long session kicked off today, and the crew is already finding their rhythm—on the water and on the ergs. From first strokes to confident sculling, these young rowers are learning teamwork, balance, and the joy of being out on Otsego Lake.

Big thanks to our dedicated coaches and volunteers who make this possible. Stay tuned as we share more highlights throughout the week!
