They arrived early, stayed late, lifted, organized, set up, smiled, and made magic happen. ✨

Not Just Survivors—Leaders

We don’t just see survivors as people in need of help.

We see leaders. Changemakers. Experts in their own lives. Survivors are some of the most resourceful, resilient, and wise individuals you’ll ever meet—and at MCWC, we honor that.

Survivors shape our programs. They speak at community events. They mentor others. They return as volunteers, board members, staff.

They are not broken. They are building something powerful. And we get to be part of that.

When you support MCWC, you’re not just helping someone escape abuse. You’re investing in their future—and in a future shaped by them.

Last night, our lake bloomed with 2,025 flowers — each one a symbol of courage, love, and remembrance. 💜

Because of you, survivors of domestic and sexual violence in our community have the resources, support, and hope they need to begin again.

Your sponsorship of Flowers On The Lake ensures that MCWC can continue offering lifesaving shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and empowerment services—helping survivors reclaim their lives with dignity and strength.

When you open your heart, you open doors for healing. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and your belief in this mission.

Thank you to everyone who came out to honor victims, celebrate survivors, and support the mission of Montgomery County Women’s Center. 🌊

Together, we created something beautiful — a reminder that healing is possible, hope is powerful, and community changes everything. ✨

What an unforgettable evening. 💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Flowers on the Lake — survivors, families, advocates, and community partners who continue to stand together in hope and remembrance. 🌊

Each flower released represented a life, a story, a promise that we will never stop speaking out against domestic violence.

Your presence brought light to a dark issue and hope to countless survivors. ✨

Your presence was more than attendance — it was solidarity. 🌊 Survivors saw your support. Families felt your compassion. Advocates and first responders were reminded that our community stands beside them.

Together, we made waves of hope that will continue long after the last flower drifted across the water. 🌸

📸 We’d love to see your photos!

Please TAG US in your posts and share your moments from this powerful night of unity and healing. 💜
