A few more snapshots from our San Antonio adventure! ❤️💛

We spent time learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with others who are just as passionate about mentoring as we are. We came home with fresh inspiration and ideas for Project Mentor!

And of course, no Texas road trip is complete without a stop (or two!) at Buc-ee’s! 🦫😂

A little learning, a lot of laughs, and plenty of memories along the way!

💛 Two great kids. Two open seats. Could one of them be yours?

We have two 14-year-old boys at Caney Creek High School whose mentors were unable to continue, and we would love to get them matched again.

⚾ Student A is smart, quiet and polite. He loves math and baseball and wants to go to college after graduation.

🏈 Student B is smart, respectful and loves football and music.

Both boys need someone willing to simply show up, have lunch and be someone in their corner.

It starts with one lunch. 💚

This match started when she was just a 5th grader.

One lunch became another. Then another. Weeks turned into school years, and now that little 5th grader is a senior. 🎓

That’s what makes Project Mentor so special. Our mentors don’t just show up for a season. They have the opportunity to walk alongside their student year after year, all the way to graduation.

From 5th grade to senior year. Just look how much can happen when someone keeps showing up. 💚
