The trip is now fully subscribed, but we encourage those interested to sign up for the waitlist, in case any openings occur (and to be contacted for future hikes and programs). On October 4 Michael will be leading Exploring the Old-Growth Forests of The Bowl, a slower, less strenuous educational walk with plenty of time to stop, observe, ask questions, and learn how to read the history of a forest.

Great to see Rochester, NH Mayor Grassie and the entire City Hall take precautions for data centers. Thank you for your leadership, Rochester, NH!!

A public meeting held in Rochester Tuesday night addressed an ordinance proposal to prohibit data centers in the city and allowed the public to weigh in. Following the meeting, the ordinance is officially in effect, and amendments will be reviewed by the city Planning Board.
