FLiC is officially underway! 🎉

Our FLiC Friday cohort kicked off with a full room of energy, great questions, and even better conversations. A big focus of day one: what's the difference between a manager and a leader?
Managers plan, organize, and control. Leaders inspire, influence, and bring people along. The best in our industry learn to do both, and that's exactly what this program is built for.

September 15 @ Lancaster Fairgrounds: This event is all about interactive exploration. Dozens of professionals from a variety of fields will come together to share hands-on demonstrations, displays, and activities that will provide a real look at the work they do every day. Instead of simply hearing about careers, students will have the opportunity to try new skills, ask questions, and experience a variety of fields firsthand.

Outdoor Career Day for students of the north country of New Hampshire, northeastern Vermont, and parts of western Maine, the opportunity to visit and experience some of the career opportunities in the outdoor industry, that exist right outside our doors.

Building a skilled workforce for NH's clean energy future 🔧💡

Lakes Region Community College is offering workforce training courses for 2026–2027, covering Building Operator Certification, Building Science Principles, Weatherization Installer Fundamentals, and Building Analyst Technician/Professional tracks — open to the public!

Courses run from August 2026 through November 2027 at LRCC in Laconia, NH, with in-person and virtual options available. NHSaves® tuition sponsorship may be available for eligible participants.
