Last week, we proudly celebrated Hearts Across New Hampshire with the Community Action Partnership of NH! 💛
Together, we placed more than 1,000 heart signs—each one representing 100 individuals served by the CAPNH Network. It was an incredible event that gave us the opportunity to connect with legislators and community members and share more about the vital services we provide.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a meaningful and impactful day!
