First up in our new Villain of the Week series: Crisis Pregnancy Centers. ⤵️

Also called anti-abortion centers, these are fake clinics with names like “Women’s Pregnancy Decision Center” staffed by volunteers—NOT medical professionals.

They operate without oversight using taxpayer dollars, diverting funds and resources away from the actual reproductive health care providers that our communities need and deserve.

No HIPAA compliance, no medical records, and a clear anti-abortion agenda. Villain behavior. ❌

Policies that restrict q***r and trans rights are never about "protecting children." They're political attacks that only seek to further stigmatize and marginalize the LGBTQ+ community.

Despite relentless efforts from anti-LGBTQ+ lawmakers, we won't stop fighting for the right of every Ohioan to exist freely and authentically. We all deserve to live long, healthy lives without fear or shame.

The Ohio Senate Health Committee heard two anti-abortion bills earlier today, including House Bill 324. ⤵️

HB 324 would restrict access to more than 60 medications, including mifepristone. This bill is NOT about public safety. It’s a thinly veiled attempt to insert extremism into exam rooms.
