Good evening everyone,
Just a reminder that we will be meeting tonight for Bible Study.
We’ll be walking through Mark 13:1–13, where Jesus prepares His disciples for the persecution and challenges that are coming. In what feels like a final season of intense instruction, He speaks with urgency and clarity—warning them about deception, trials, betrayal, and endurance.
In verse 10, He makes a powerful declaration: “And the gospel must first be preached to all nations.” Even in the middle of warnings about suffering, Jesus anchors everything in mission. The message must go forward.
Some of the key themes we’ll discuss tonight:
Being careful not to be led astray
Standing firm in the face of opposition
Trusting the Holy Spirit to speak through us
Enduring faithfully to the end
Keeping the mission central, even in uncertain times
These words were spoken to His first followers—but do those same warnings and instructions still apply to us today?G
