American Horse Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit public charity formed by one passionate veterinarian and several driven horse enthusiasts in order to advocate for the humane treatment of America’s horses. AHR provides financial and educational assistance to horse owners, horse rescues, and law enforcement agencies, whether in times of need or simply aiding in improving critical daily care techniques. Our vision is to eliminate neglect and abuse and to eradicate ignorance by providing a voice and assistance for those who cannot speak for themselves.
