It is our focus to see souls saved. A lot focus on the byproducts of the Gospel but we want to focus on the Gospel itself and believe the benefits of the Gospel will follow organically. As Jesus said "ye must be born again"

Opposition, resistance, and every one of our foes will shout our faith right out of our soul if we let them. Our minds can either entertain the world or the Lord. Our will is the gatekeeper to our mind. Our will can either be surrendered to the Lord or to ourselves. Who will we give our will to?

We cannot overcome the enemy by ourselves. May God protect us by teaching us to surrender our will to Him. We are safe when God is our keeper. Religion falsely tells us we can keep ourselves and that we have what it takes to fend off the lies of our foes. Religion offers forms and appearances of godliness, but at its core it is empty. When we surrender our will to the Lordship of Christ, that is when we find peace.

We were not made to be god. We cannot rule our lives as well as we think we can. The stronger the will of a person, the longer it often takes for them to wake up, yet many never do. The heart can harden toward God, and love can grow cold. There are many reasons for this, but we should all pray, “God, keep us tender before You.”

If you can read these words and understand them, your heart has not hardened beyond return. A hardened heart makes us stiff-necked. Those who have been turned over to their own will often do not know it. They cannot see it. But if we can recognize hardening in our own hearts, let us bring it before God so He can break up the fallow ground.

Every day we are faced with the same decision Christ faced in Gethsemane: our will or our Father’s will. We are called to take up our cross and follow Him in the power of His Spirit, no matter how much our flesh resists. When we go the way of the cross, the only way we endure is through the resurrection power of Christ working within us.

Hardness leads to anger, bitterness, and resentment. Only the truth of the Gospel and the conviction of the Holy Spirit can break through. It remains a mystery why some respond to conviction while others continue to harden their hearts.

If God is convicting you today, do not harden your heart. Stay open to Christ being Lord over every area of your life, no matter how difficult the road becomes. God will complete the work He began in those who belong to Him.

The tempter will always try to get us to rely on our flesh and take matters into our own hands. Do not rush ahead of God. Trust His timing. Trust His ways. Take every thought captive that contradicts the Word of God, and surrender your will daily to the One who knows you better than you know yourself.

Sarcasm can be a dangerous form of humor when it finds its enjoyment in another person’s embarrassment, failure, or pain. If our laughter only comes at the expense of others, it may reveal something in our hearts that God wants to change.

The joy that the Lord gives is different from the laughter of this world. God’s joy is not rooted in another person’s downfall but in His goodness. As followers of Christ, we are called to encourage, strengthen, and build one another up.

We live in a world that tears people down. Criticism is celebrated, kindness is often viewed as weakness, and many find entertainment in the failures of others. Yet God’s Word calls us to a higher way of living. Our words should bring life, hope, comfort, and edification.

Pain is something we will all face. None of us are exempt from suffering, disappointment, betrayal, or loss. Yet God wastes nothing. He has a purpose for every trial and every tear. What seems meaningless today may become a testimony of God’s faithfulness tomorrow.

If we give God time to prove the purpose of the pain, we will often discover that what we thought would destroy us was actually being used to strengthen us. God can bring beauty from ashes, strength from weakness, and hope from the darkest seasons of life.

Trust Him. He is working even when you cannot see it. 🙏

We are here today, but we could be gone tomorrow. Recently, I have lost two dear brothers in Christ whom I spoke with regularly for encouragement. Their texts are still on my phone. Their names are still in my voicemail and missed call list. Life is fragile, and death comes to us all.

This past year has been the hardest season of my life so far. There were threats, accusations, loss, tragedy, betrayal, and manipulation. Through it all, I have learned that it is far better to fall into the hands of God than into the hands of man. Thank God that sinners are in the hands of a loving and merciful God rather than the hands of fallen humanity.

When we are young, we imagine life will unfold a certain way. As the years pass, we learn that we cannot control what others choose to do. Some who once loved us may grow distant. Some who once cared deeply may allow bitterness, resentment, or pride to harden their hearts. In their pursuit of their own desires, they may use slander, gossip, false accusations, or manipulation to influence others.

Yet nothing is hidden from God. He sees every motive, every intention, every thought, and every secret thing done in darkness. People may successfully convince others of their version of events, but they cannot deceive the Lord. He knows the truth completely.

Sometimes those who have caused the deepest wounds portray themselves as the wounded party. They rewrite history to justify their actions. They point to the failures of others while refusing to acknowledge their own. But God is not confused by appearances. He is not swayed by public opinion. He sees things exactly as they are.

This is why we must leave judgment in His hands. God is the defender of truth. He is the righteous Judge who cannot be manipulated, pressured, deceived, or bribed. He sees every act of bullying, every scheme, every attempt to control or destroy another person. Nothing escapes His attention.

The comfort for the believer is that God remains on His throne. He has not lost control. His purposes cannot be overturned. His plans cannot be frustrated. Though chaos may surround us, there is perfect order in His kingdom. Though people may oppose us, no one can successfully oppose the will of God.

Pride has ruined countless lives. Those who exalt themselves eventually fall, while those who humble themselves before God find grace. The Lord resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. When we fight against God’s ways, we are fighting a battle we cannot win.

Life is short. Eternity is long. We would be wise to spend less time trying to justify ourselves before people and more time walking humbly before God. In the end, His opinion is the only one that matters. His judgment is perfect, His mercy is abundant, and His truth will stand when every lie has fallen to the ground.

Having faith and trusting God holds our feelings and thoughts accountable to His truth. Everything in our flesh wants to give up, become discouraged, and fall into despair. There will be seasons when we have no one around to encourage us, and we must learn to encourage ourselves in the Lord.

Each of us is responsible for our own faith in God. No one else can trust Him on our behalf. No one else is accountable for our confidence in His promises. We will all battle loneliness at times in this life. God Himself said it is not good for man to be alone, and in His wisdom He often sends companions, friends, and helpers to strengthen us along the journey.

When we were born, we were completely helpless. We did not feed ourselves, protect ourselves, or sustain ourselves. As born-again believers, we must never forget that we are still helpless without the Helper. The Holy Spirit is not an accessory to the Christian life—He is essential. We cannot live the life God has called us to live apart from His strength and grace.

We must also learn to be as gracious toward ourselves as God is toward us. Many times we become our own worst enemy. We shame ourselves, condemn ourselves, and beat ourselves down more than the enemy ever could. Yet Scripture reminds us that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

The more we learn who God truly is through His Word, the stronger our faith becomes in His goodness. We discover that our salvation does not rest upon our performance. We are not saved by good works. We are not kept saved by good works. We will not enter heaven because of good works. We are saved by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ upon the cross.

We are justified by faith in Christ alone. The Holy Spirit dwells within those who repent and place their trust in Him. The Christian life is not about striving to earn God’s love, but learning to believe it. The more we understand His love, mercy, and faithfulness, the more we will rest in Him.

When our feelings fail, when people disappoint us, and when our circumstances seem overwhelming, we can still stand firm because our hope is not in ourselves. Our hope is in Christ. He is faithful, He is good, and He will finish the work He has begun in those who belong to Him.

Faith is not imaginary.

Faith is not pretending. Faith is not foolishness. No one proves faith by intentionally driving into oncoming traffic and expecting God to rescue them.

God is not offended by a doctor’s report. He is not punishing you because you admitted you are sick. Some have been taught to be afraid of honesty, as if speaking about sickness, sorrow, or weakness will make God turn against them. That is not faith. That is bo***ge.

You have been lied to if you are afraid to be real with God.

Pretending you are not sick when you are does not honor God. It only keeps you from bringing your pain honestly before Him.

Jesus did not deny the cross. He embraced the will of the Father. The apostles wanted an easier way, but Christ chose obedience. If Jesus had followed the cheap version of faith that avoids suffering at all costs, we would all be without hope.

Faith does not always remove the cross.
Faith carries the cross while trusting God.

Receive the doctor’s report, then trust God. He may see you through by a miracle, or He may see you through into eternal life. Either way, He is faithful.

We shame Christ when we act like faith means demanding our own way like spoiled children. God knows what is best. God knows how to get glory from our lives, even in suffering.

A whole person is not someone who has perfect health, money, and comfort. A whole person is someone who trusts God when everyone else would be overcome with fear.

Doctors and nurses need to be saved too. Sometimes the brightest witness is not when God instantly delivers us, but when we face what would destroy others and still carry the peace of Christ.

Faith is not pretending life is easy.
Faith is trusting God when life is not.

Jesus gives peace when He is trusted.

Have faith.
