For the fifth year in a row, Malibu Art Theater (The MAT) is bringing our community together for a special charity concert in support of Ukraine! 🇺🇦❤️

This event is more than just an evening of music. It is an evening of compassion, solidarity, and hope for those whose lives have been forever changed by the war.

❤️ All proceeds from the concert will go toward helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, including:

🏠 Displaced families who have lost their homes and are struggling to rebuild their lives.

👧👦 Children whose childhoods have been disrupted by war.

💙 Children with disabilities who need special care, support, and essential resources.

👵👴 Elderly people who have been left without homes, security, or family support.

Every ticket purchased is more than just admission to a concert — it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.

💙💛 We’re so happy to share another wonderful update from the Yampil Special School for children with special needs!

The school has received new furniture from Ukraine Power, and the team has already started assembling it and setting it up in the classrooms. 🪑✨

It’s so exciting to see this project coming to life step by step! Very soon, we’ll be able to show you the classrooms with all the new furniture fully assembled and in place. And we can’t wait to see the children enjoying their new spaces! 🥰

There is truly no feeling like knowing that you can make someone’s life just a little brighter. ❤️

💔 Some children ask for new toys. These children need a safe desk and chair.

At Yampil Special School in Ukraine, 102 children with intellectual disabilities learn, grow, and face challenges most of us can only imagine. Among them are orphans, children without parental care, children with disabilities, and children whose families are going through extremely difficult circumstances.

For almost 20 years, they have been using the same classroom furniture.

Imagine a child who already needs extra care, patience, and support coming into a classroom every morning and sitting at a desk older than many of the children themselves.

Two classrooms have finally been renovated for children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities. The rooms are ready.

But they are still waiting for the furniture that will make them real classrooms. 🥺

A desk. A chair. A cabinet for learning materials.
Such ordinary things — yet for these children, they mean comfort, safety, dignity, and the feeling that they have not been forgotten. ❤️

🙏 Please help us give these 102 children something every child deserves: a safe and welcoming place to learn.

Because sometimes changing a child’s world begins with something as simple as giving them a place to sit. 💙💛

💔 Деякі діти мріють про нові іграшки. А цим дітям потрібні безпечні парта і стілець.

У Ямпільській спеціальній школі навчаються 102 дитини з інтелектуальними порушеннями. Серед них — сироти, діти, позбавлені батьківського піклування, діти з інвалідністю та діти, чиї родини опинилися у надзвичайно складних життєвих обставинах.

Майже 20 років вони користуються тими самими шкільними меблями.

Уявіть дитину, яка й без того потребує особливої турботи, терпіння та підтримки, але щоранку приходить до класу й сідає за парту, яка служить уже майже два десятиліття.

Для дітей із помірними та важкими інтелектуальними порушеннями вже відремонтували два класи. Стіни готові.

Але ці кімнати все ще чекають на меблі, які перетворять їх на справжні класи. 🥺

Парта. Стілець. Шафа для навчальних матеріалів.
Такі звичайні для нас речі. Але для цих дітей вони означають комфорт, безпеку, гідність і відчуття, що про них не забули. ❤️

🙏 Допоможіть нам подарувати цим 102 дітям те, на що заслуговує кожна дитина: безпечне й затишне місце для навчання.

Бо іноді змінити маленький світ дитини можна, просто подарувавши їй місце, де вона зможе сісти й навчатися. 💙💛

🇺🇸 SUPPORT THAT MAKES A LASTING DIFFERENCE 🇺🇦💙💛

We are proud to see the Ukraine Power plaque now installed at a psychoneurological residential care facility in Ukraine that our organization has been supporting.

This facility is home to more than 125
people living with mental and neurological disabilities, many of whom require continuous, 24-hour care and assistance with their daily needs.

Ukraine Power has been honored to help improve living conditions at the facility by providing much-needed furniture and other essential support. 🏠🤝

Seeing our plaque on this building means much more to us than recognition. Behind it are real people — some of the most vulnerable members of Ukrainian society — whose safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life depend on the care and support they receive every single day.

It also represents every donor, supporter, volunteer, and partner who makes this work possible. 💙💛

We are proud to stand with this community and to continue turning compassion into meaningful, tangible help.

Ми пишаємося тим, що табличку Ukraine Power уже встановлено на будівлі психоневрологічного інтернату в Україні, якому наша організація надає допомогу.

У цьому закладі постійно проживають понад 125 людей із психічними та неврологічними порушеннями, багато з яких потребують постійного цілодобового догляду та допомоги у повсякденному житті.

Ukraine Power мала честь долучитися до покращення умов їхнього проживання, забезпечуючи заклад необхідними меблями та іншою важливою допомогою. 🏠🤝

Для нас ця табличка — значно більше, ніж просто визнання внеску нашої організації. За нею стоять реальні люди — одні з найбільш вразливих членів українського суспільства, для яких безпека, гідність, комфорт та якість життя безпосередньо залежать від щоденного догляду й підтримки.

🏠💙💛 A Little Life, A New Beginning

Today, we received a beautiful video from a woman who has been living for the past two years in one of the dormitories for internally displaced Ukrainians supported by Ukraine Power.

During those two years, her life changed in the most wonderful way — she became a mother. 👶❤️ Her baby is now six months old, and this little family continues to call the dormitory their home.

She shared how grateful they are for the living conditions and for the furniture provided with the support of Ukraine Power. 🛏️🏠

Stories like this remind us why our work matters. What may seem like a bed, a table, a chair, or a piece of furniture can mean so much more to a family that has been forced to leave their home because of war. It can bring comfort, dignity, stability, and the feeling of having a safe place to call home.

In these dark and difficult times, we are grateful that together with our donors, partners, and supporters, we can make someone’s everyday life a little easier, warmer, and happier. ✨💛

And seeing a new little life beginning in a place we helped make more comfortable is truly special. 👶🕊️

За ці два роки її життя змінилося найпрекраснішим чином — вона стала мамою. 👶❤️ Її малюкові вже шість місяців, і ця маленька родина продовжує називати гуртожиток своїм домом.

💙💛 Recently, Ukraine Power had the honor of being invited to a Rotary Club meeting in Colorado Springs!

We had the opportunity to share more about our work, the projects we are currently supporting, and how we continue helping people in Ukraine who need it most.

We are incredibly grateful that Rotary Club members showed genuine interest in our mission. During the meeting, we received our first donation checks to support Ukraine Power projects. 🙏💙💛

This meeting was also a wonderful step toward future collaboration, and we are excited about the opportunities to work together and make an even greater impact.

💙💛 From support to everyday comfort

It is always special to see the real impact of our projects.

The furniture provided by Ukraine Power to the Popasna Regional Psychoneurological Boarding Institution has now been fully assembled, placed in the residents’ rooms, and is already being used every day.

New beds, wardrobes, and bedside cabinets are helping create more comfortable and welcoming living spaces for the people who call this institution home.

The institution was evacuated from the Luhansk region because of the war and continues to provide care and support to elderly people and adults with disabilities.

For us, humanitarian work doesn’t end with a delivery. What matters most is seeing that the support reaches people and becomes part of their everyday lives.

We are happy to see these rooms furnished and the residents already benefiting from the project. 💙💛

Найприємніша частина кожного нашого проєкту — бачити його результат.

Меблі, які Ukraine Power передала Попаснянському обласному психоневрологічному інтернату, вже повністю зібрані, встановлені в кімнатах та використовуються підопічними закладу.

Нові ліжка, шафи та приліжкові тумби допомогли зробити житлові кімнати більш комфортними, затишними та пристосованими до щоденних потреб людей.

Через війну заклад був евакуйований із Луганської області, але продовжує свою роботу, забезпечуючи догляд і підтримку людям похилого віку та особам з інвалідністю.

Для Ukraine Power допомога не закінчується в момент доставки. Для нас важливо бачити, що вона дійшла до людей, використовується та справді покращує їхнє повсякденне життя.

💙💛 100 pieces of furniture delivered to the Popasna Regional Psychoneurological Boarding Institution

Ukraine Power is proud to support one of the most vulnerable communities in Ukraine.

This psychoneurological boarding institution provides 24/7 care, housing, medical supervision, and social support for elderly people and adults with disabilities. After the full-scale invasion, the facility and its residents were evacuated from the Luhansk region and continue serving people who have already endured displacement and the hardships of war.

To help improve living conditions, Ukraine Power provided 100 pieces of essential furniture:
🛏️ 50 beds
🗄️ 25 wardrobes
🛋️ 25 bedside cabinets

Every bed represents dignity. Every wardrobe provides personal space. Every bedside cabinet brings comfort to someone rebuilding their life after losing so much.

Ukraine Power продовжує підтримувати тих, хто найбільше потребує допомоги.

Попаснянський обласний психоневрологічний інтернат — це заклад, який забезпечує цілодобовий догляд, проживання, медичний супровід та соціальну підтримку людей похилого віку й осіб з інвалідністю. Через повномасштабну війну заклад був евакуйований із Луганської області та продовжує працювати, допомагаючи людям, які вже пережили втрату дому та вимушене переселення.

Щоб покращити умови проживання підопічних, Ukraine Power передала 100 одиниць необхідних меблів:
🛏️ 50 ліжок
🗄️ 25 шаф
🛋️ 25 приліжкових тумб

Кожне ліжко — це можливість відпочивати з гідністю. Кожна шафа — це особистий простір. Кожна тумба — це ще один крок до комфортного та безпечного життя для людей, які цього найбільше потребують.

💙💛 Ukraine Power continues supporting dormitories in Kyiv that provide housing for internally displaced people from Donbas—families who lost their homes, belongings, and sense of security because of the war.

In a remarkably short period of time, thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters, we raised a significant amount of funding for this project. 🙏

But our work is far from over. We continue helping create comfortable living conditions for people who were forced to start their lives over in a new city. Every bed, wardrobe, desk, and household item helps transform a temporary shelter into a place that feels more like home. 🏠❤️
