Some of the biggest impacts on a neighborhood happen behind the scenes.

For nearly 40 years, Karpinski Engineering has called MidTown home, growing alongside the neighborhood and helping shape many of the places that make it feel like home.
From the Cleveland Foundation and MidTown Collaboration Center to University Hospitals, Cleveland State University and the Warner & Swasey redevelopment, their work can be found throughout our neighborhood.

And their impact doesn’t stop in MidTown. Their expertise has helped shape some of Cleveland’s most recognizable places, including the Cleveland Museum of Art Expansion, Progressive Field, Severance Hall and the Cleveland Browns Headquarters and Training Facility.

As MidTown continues to grow and welcome what’s next, we’re grateful for the longtime neighbors who have been here through the changes - investing their time, talent and expertise in our community.

Today, we’re shining a light on Karpinski Engineering and nearly four decades of calling MidTown home.
