We are a Cleveland-based technology social enterprise that connects digitally underserved communities to our fixed wireless internet network and empowers communities through social innovation. Our Goal
To connect digitally underserved communities to affordable, reliable broadband and provide technology training through strong community collaboration. Our Results
- We've succeeded in connecting more than 4,860 Cleveland residents to affordable, high-speed internet.

- Our growing network reaches more than 23,500 households in Cleveland's most digitally underserved neighborhoods

- We have provided technology training and computers to more than 1,600 Clevelanders

- We have received recognition by the National Science Foundation for our innovative approach in deploying broadband infrastructure to digitally underserved communities.

⚡ Midwest energy costs have risen 16.5% over the past year, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Sometimes connection means broadband. Sometimes it means helping people feel safer at home.

Our Click, Powered by DigitalC team recently joined residents in Cleveland’s Buckeye neighborhood for Ring doorbell training, helping people get comfortable with technology they are already using in their homes.

From alerts and settings to video access, privacy and app navigation, these are practical skills people can use right away. It is one of the reasons we were so proud to be recognized with the Best of Tech Award for Education and Training by Greater Cleveland Partnership. This work happens one conversation, one training and one neighborhood at a time.
