Congratulations to the Site Readiness Fund for another major milestone and this exciting investment in Northeast Ohio's future. We're proud to partner with SRF and look forward to the impact this momentum will create across our region!

A major investment in Cleveland’s industrial future is gaining momentum. 🏗️

The Cleveland Foundation announced a $10 million gift from the Wellman family to support the newly named Samuel T. Wellman Site Readiness Fund, bringing the fund’s total value to approximately $83 million.

The initiative is focused on transforming roughly 4,000 acres of underutilized industrial land across Cleveland into development-ready sites that can attract new businesses, create jobs and strengthen neighborhoods impacted by decades of industrial decline. Additional contributions from the KeyBank Foundation and The Rockefeller Foundation were also announced, highlighting growing national interest in Cleveland’s innovative approach to industrial revitalization.
