Dance with the School of Dancing Wheels this Fall! 💛

Looking for a dance class where **everyone belongs?** Registration is now OPEN for the **Fall 2026 Session at the School of Dancing Wheels!**

As part of Dancing Wheels Company & School, our School offers inclusive dance experiences for students of all ages and abilities—from community-level dancers to those looking to build their skills in a supportive, accessible environment.

✨ Fall 2026 Session
📅 September 1–December 19 | 15 weeks
🍂 No classes November 24–28
💻 Classes are offered in the Eastern Time Zone and can also be taken live via Zoom!

Whether you're stepping into the studio for the first time or continuing your dance journey, there's a place for you at the School of Dancing Wheels. ❤️

We wish to thank the Ohio Arts Council for their on-going support of Dancing Wheels in the upcoming year. We are very grateful to Governor Mike DeWine and members of the Ohio General Assembly for acknowledging the importance of public funding for the arts through the state budget.

Day 5—and what a beautiful way to wrap up our Summer Workshop! 💛

We’re feeling incredibly thankful for this week filled with movement, laughter, creativity, connection, and so much joy. It has been such a gift to watch dancers of all abilities learn, grow, challenge themselves, and celebrate one another through dance.

Congratulations to our President & Founding Artistic Director, Mary Verdi-Fletcher, on receiving the 2025 Ohio Alliance for Arts Education Distinguished Leadership Award! 🎉

Presented during our 45th Anniversary Gala Benefit Concert at the Mimi Ohio Theatre, this prestigious award honors individuals whose leadership, advocacy, innovation, and mentorship have made a lasting impact on arts education throughout Ohio.

For more than 45 years, Mary has been a trailblazer in physically integrated dance, expanding access to the arts and championing inclusion for people of all abilities through The Dancing Wheels Company & School.

In a heartfelt moment, Mary shared this incredible honor with our Director of Education, Sara Lawrence-Sucato, recognizing Sara’s 20 years of excellence in performance and education with Dancing Wheels. Together, their passion and leadership continue to inspire artists, educators, and communities while advancing our mission of inclusion through the arts.

Celebrate National Dance Day with FREE classes at DANCECleveland’s Community Dance Day! 🎉💃

Join dancers of all ages and abilities for a day of movement featuring Contemporary, Ballet, African Drum & Dance, Hip Hop, Polynesian, Flamenco, Ballroom, Jazz, and more!

We’re especially excited that Dancing Wheels Company artist Sara Lawrence-Sucato will be leading adaptive movement classes in Beginner Tap, Contemporary, and African Drum & Dance, making dance accessible and welcoming for everyone.

Come celebrate the joy of movement, explore a new dance style, and dance with your community!
