This past Saturday we had the privilege of bringing the New Bridge youth team to the Future Shades in Medicine Youth & Young Adult Career Expo, hosted by University Hospitals at Huntington Bank Field! 🏈🩺

What a day! We connected with so many young adults and got to share what New Bridge is all about: the programs, the support, and the real pathways we build for young people to step into the healthcare field.

It was exciting to see so many organizations in one place, each offering something different. That’s what our youth deserve: options. When young people can see the many doors open to them, they can start picturing a future that fits who they are. 💙

Thank you, University Hospitals, for creating space for the next generation of healthcare leaders. We’re proud to be part of building that pipeline.

New school year, same mission. 📚✨

This summer, our CARE Academy students showed up, stepped up, and got real hands-on experience exploring careers in healthcare, from volunteering at messiah to dissecting pig hearts to caring for the elderly. We’re proud of every one of them, and we’re carrying that momentum into the year ahead.

To every student walking into a new classroom this fall: stay curious, keep showing up, and keep your future in mind. We hope to see some of you in CARE Academy next summer. 💙

This past Sunday, we watched you walk across that stage, and we couldn't be prouder. 💙

Every early morning, every tough day, and every time you kept going when it would have been easier to stop brought you to that moment. You showed up for yourselves, for your families, and for each other, and it shows.

To our graduates: you did the work, you earned the title, and now it's time to go shine. Your New Bridge family is cheering you on every step of the way.

It’s wonderful to see ideas we’ve put into practice here become part of a wider conversation about supporting nursing and allied healthcare students. 💚

It’s that time of year again! 🎉🩺

New Bridge CARE Academy is kicking off our first Career Exploration Field Trip of the year, and we’re getting right back into the groove! Our students are stepping out of the classroom and into real healthcare spaces to see what their future could look like.

This year, we’ve leveled things up. 🚀 We’ve added Respiratory Therapy to the lineup, and we’re proud to welcome new partnerships with CVS and the American Red Cross, giving our students even more hands-on exposure to the careers that keep our communities healthy. ❤️

We are SO excited for what this year holds. New experiences, new connections, and a whole lot of growth. Let’s go! 💪
