🦅 Community Partnership Spotlight 💚
We are thrilled (and so very grateful) to give a HUGE shoutout to Payless Building Supply - Lumber and Building Materials in Chico for generously donating all of the lumber needed for the Fairview High School campus bench rebuild project!
Community partnerships like this are what make meaningful change possible. The generosity of Payless Building Supply is not just helping provide materials, it's helping create opportunities for students, strengthen our schools, and enhance spaces where young people can connect, collaborate, and thrive. Simply put, this project would not have been possible without their incredible support.
And this is only the beginning!
Fairview students will play a hands-on role in building the benches alongside shop teacher Peter Donahoo, gaining valuable skills while leaving a lasting mark on their campus. We can't wait to share photos of the students in action, the finished benches, and the final installation.
Thanks to the composite lumber donated by Payless Building Supply, these benches will serve as durable gathering spaces for Falcon students for many years to come.
Together, we're building more than benches. We're building pride, opportunity, connection, and community.
Thank you, Payless Building Supply, for collaborating with our club, investing in our community youth, and helping make a lasting difference. 🤝
