Winter is here! Which means its time to rest! Join mental health non-profit Everyone’s Healing and for Rest Camp Chicago, a one day retreat fundraiser for tired grown ups.

Together we will move, connect, and rest. Your Rest Camp Counselors are certified yoga instructor Melissa Talleda , writer Brittany Julious , and certified mindfulness instructor and Licensed Professional Counselor, Shanna Shrum .shrum . Together they will gently lead you through sessions of yoga, meditation, creativity, and most important REST!

And the best part? Your ticket cost goes directly to providing free and low cost therapy services to those who are uninsured and underinsured. So while you’re resting you’re helping folks who need it! We’d call that a good way to spend a Saturday!
