In a week, ’s beloved Rush Hour Concerts return for their 27th season this summer! 🌞

🎻Bringing FREE live chamber music to downtown Chicago every Tuesday evening from June 9 through August 18
📍Holy Name Cathedral (735 N. State St.)
⏰Doors open at 5:00 PM, followed by a pre-concert talk at 5:15 PM. Concerts take place from 5:45–6:30 PM
🎼Featuring imaginative programs performed by acclaimed musicians.

We’re excited to share that the Montgomery Ward Park playground is officially back open! 🎉🛝

A huge thank you to Alderman Reilly for dedicating a portion of his aldermanic funds to resurface the playground’s soft surfaces, helping create a safer space for kids and families to enjoy all season long 🌞

For more than a decade, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside Sergeant Schenk and witnessing his unwavering dedication to the River North community. His leadership and commitment to our neighborhood is deeply appreciated, and this recognition is incredibly well deserved.

Happy Earth Day from the RNRA and River North Clean Streets 🌎🌳

Today we’re spotlighting one of our proudest initiatives. What began as a solution to weekend litter has grown into a powerful partnership with CleanSlate—bringing together neighborhood investment and meaningful employment🫂🪴

While River North brings the energy, Clean Streets brings the reset. Every weekend, crews are out early restoring our streets so the community wakes up to a cleaner, safer neighborhood🧹🌇

Happy Earth Week 🌎🌳

RNRA kicked things off by giving back to one of River North’s most beloved green spaces, Montgomery Ward Park. It was incredible to see our community show up in full force; we had so many helping hands that we were able to wrap up in record time!

To every volunteer who came out to assist, our neighborhood and earth is now a better, cleaner place because of you — thank you!! 🫶🏼🌿

In honor of Earth Day right around the corner 🌎🗓️, the RNRA is teaming up with the Chicago Park District and Friends of the Parks to host a community park clean-up at Montgomery Ward Park this Saturday, April 18th from 9–11 AM.

Give back to both our community and our planet by helping keep one of River Norths most loved green space clean, beautiful, and thriving 🌿🌳🫂
